Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the 75 Him iOS app and the website at 75him.app. By using 75 Him, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded 75 Him from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement that license and explain rules specific to 75 Him.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use 75 Him. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.
The App
75 Him helps users build daily routines, track challenges, save proof photos, and stay accountable with friends. The app is not medical, fitness, nutrition, mental health, or professional advice. You are responsible for choosing habits and workouts that are safe for you.
Accounts and Share Codes
The app may create an installation ID and share code so you can sync app data and connect with friends. Keep your share code private unless you want others to find or add you. You are responsible for activity that happens through your app installation.
User Content
You own the photos, task names, profile details, and other content you add to 75 Him. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, display, moderate, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app, including friend accountability and profile features.
Do not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, invasive of someone else's privacy, or otherwise unsafe. Do not upload photos of other people without appropriate permission.
Moderation and Safety
We may use automated moderation and user reports to detect unsafe content. We may reject, remove, delete, hide, or restrict content or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, or are required to be removed by law. Moderation systems can make mistakes, so contact us if you believe something was handled incorrectly.
Friends and Sharing
Friend features are designed for accountability. If you add or accept friends, they may be able to see profile details, progress, and approved proof photos shown by the app. You can remove, report, or block users from within the app.
Subscriptions and Purchases
75 Him may offer paid subscriptions or paid features. Purchases are processed by Apple and subscription access is managed with RevenueCat. Subscription pricing, trial availability, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store purchase terms and the information shown at purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Deleting the app or deleting app data does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use 75 Him to harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or harm others.
- Do not try to access another user's account, images, or data without permission.
- Do not interfere with the app, backend, security systems, or service providers.
- Do not use automated scraping, spam, or abuse patterns.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Deletion and Availability
You may delete your account data in the app from Profile, then Delete account. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may remove content or accounts where needed to operate the app safely.
Disclaimers
75 Him is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect sync, perfect moderation, particular results, or that the app will meet every expectation. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 75 Him and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or other damages arising from your use of the app. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
