Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the 75 Him iOS app and the website at 75him.app. By using 75 Him, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded 75 Him from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement that license and explain rules specific to 75 Him.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use 75 Him. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
The App
75 Him helps men find accountability, connect with nearby users, create or join accountability groups ("tribes"), and participate in app chats. The app is not medical, fitness, nutrition, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for choosing habits, activities, workouts, and meetups that are safe and appropriate for you.
Accounts, Profiles, and Friend Codes
The app may create an account using Sign in with Apple, a backend installation ID, and a friend code. Keep your friend code private unless you want another user to find or add you. You are responsible for activity that happens through your app account or installation.
User Content
You own the photos, profile details, bios, social handles, tribe names, tribe descriptions, chat messages, and other content you add to 75 Him. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, display, moderate, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app, including profiles, nearby discovery, tribes, group chats, private messaging, safety tools, and paid features.
Do not upload, send, or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, invasive of someone else's privacy, misleading, spammy, or otherwise unsafe. Do not upload photos of other people without appropriate permission.
Moderation and Safety
75 Him includes user-generated content and social features. We may use automated filters, image moderation, reports, blocks, and manual review to help keep the app safe. We may reject, remove, hide, restrict, or delete content, tribes, messages, or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, harm users, or are required to be removed by law.
Users can report and block other users, report tribes, and long-press chat messages to report individual messages. Moderation systems and reports can make mistakes, so contact us if you believe something was handled incorrectly.
Tribes, Friends, and Messaging
Tribe and friend features are designed for accountability and community. If you create or join tribes, add users, or participate in chats, other users may see your profile details, profile photo, selected city or approximate location context, interests, activities, messages, and tribe participation as shown by the app.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users, including meetups or activities arranged outside the app. Use judgment and meet in safe public places when appropriate.
Location Features
75 Him may use your selected city or, if you grant permission, your current location to show nearby members, local member counts, and nearby tribes. Do not use location features to stalk, harass, track, or harm another person.
Subscriptions and Purchases
75 Him may offer paid subscriptions or paid features, including private messaging, local member visibility, creating tribes outside your local area, joining or creating multiple tribes, and tribe visibility features. Purchases are processed by Apple and subscription access may be managed with RevenueCat. Subscription pricing, trial availability, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store purchase terms and the information shown at purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Deleting the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use 75 Him to harass, threaten, shame, exploit, stalk, or harm others.
- Do not send hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, age, location, or intentions.
- Do not try to access another user's account, images, messages, location, or data without permission.
- Do not interfere with the app, backend, security systems, payment systems, or service providers.
- Do not use automated scraping, spam, bots, or abuse patterns.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account in the app from Settings, then Delete Account. When backend deletion succeeds, the app clears local profile data, photos, messages, tribes, added friends, blocks, reports, and onboarding state. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or safety reasons.
Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, and we may remove content or accounts where needed to operate the app safely. We do not guarantee that any feature, tribe, message, user, or paid feature will always be available.
Disclaimers
75 Him is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect sync, perfect moderation, particular results, or that the app will meet every expectation. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 75 Him and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, unsafe meetups, user conduct, or other damages arising from your use of the app. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
